Installation & Safety Information
If you are not familiar with the installation process for your new battery, we recommend hiring a qualified hybrid automotive repair shop or one of our mobile installer to assist you in the process. Please do not use an impact tool during installation as it can break or strip the terminals. Hand tool and drill is recommended. At Batteries By Appointment, your safety is our priority. It’s simple: 1)Provide professional diagnostic codes (DTC) identifying the issue. 2) Confirm your vehicles 12volt battery state of health is above 50 %  3) We will replace any failed module(s)

The warranty does NOT cover improper installation, cells that have been swapped or tampered with, and any natural disasters.
