At Batteries By Appointment, we provide eco-friendly, refurbished Hybrid Battery Packs, each containing a 20-module set. Our batteries undergo rigorous strength testing and careful inspection to ensure you receive a dependable, high-quality product.

Core Charges & Shipping
Our battery prices reflect the return of your old core battery in the boxes we’ve provided. We send you a paid return label. If you fail to return your core, then an additional $250.00 core fee will be applied.

Our Prius C Hybrid Battery Packs are carefully packed with new bus-bars inside.

Installation & Safety Information
If you are not familiar with the installation process for your new battery, we recommend hiring a qualified hybrid automotive repair shop or one of our mobile installer to assist you in the process. At Batteries By Appointment, your safety is our priority. If you need help finding a trusted repair shop, or a mobile installer please contact us—we’ve got you covered!

This battery comes with a two year warranty

Warranty information:   DURING THE TERM OF YOUR WARRANTY IF YOUR VEHICLE EXHIBITS THE RED TRIANGLE SPECIFICALLY STATING CHECK HYBRID SYSTEM; BBA REQUIRES PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSTIC CODES WHICH IDENTIFY THE ISSUE WITHIN THE HYBRID SYSTEM. THE ONLY NON-PRO SHOP OBD/DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS WE WILL ACCEPT READINGS FROM ARE DR.PRIUS & THINK CAR. IF THE BATTERY HAS BEEN OPENED, REMOVED, TAMPERED WITH, OR INCURRED ANY NATURAL DISASTERS OR ACCIDENTS THE WARRANTY IS VOID.
